Summer Isn’t Over Yet

Make Randolph County, West Virginia your summer destination. Randolph County is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs alike. The Welcome Center has been busy welcoming visitors ready to get outside for this summer. The first month of the train operating went smoothly and we have enjoyed the increased activity!  Check out the blogs below to start planning your trip!

A big, BIG thank you to all the Welcome Center volunteers and board members for all you do for the Welcome Center. We could not operate without you! We are so grateful for the dedication and hours you put into this organization. Congratulations to our Volunteer of the Year, Kris, it is well deserved! Other Updates

If you want to ride the scenic excursion trains advance reservations are HIGHLY recommended, especially for the New Tygart Flyer and the Cass Bald Knob. The trains are still not running at full capacity and tickets go fast! Visit mountainrail.com to book!

Stop by the Citizens Bank parking lot August 6th and 20th from 6pm to 8pm to join the cakewalk!
Ring a Bell For Rosies!
Join us to celebrate Roise the Riveters Monday, September 6 from noon to 1pm at the Rotary Amphitheater in Elkins Town Square. Dress as Rosie and enter to win a door prize! Bring a bell, chair, and packed lunch if you wish.
