Visit the Elkins Depot Welcome Center to learn more about Elkins-Randolph County and the surrounding area! Located in the heart of downtown Elkins, the Elkins Depot Welcome Center carries informational brochures on music and arts, food and lodging options, train excursions, outdoor recreational opportunities and regional attractions. Come in and talk to one of our friendly and knowledgeable volunteers to find out how to enjoy your time in Elkins and Randolph County.

The Welcome Center started serving the Elkins area in 2006. In 2018, the Elkins-Randolph County Tourism Convention and Visitors Bureau, which falls under the Elkins Depot Welcome Center, was established. Both the Elkins-Randolph County Tourism CVB and the Elkins Depot Welcome Center strive to provide visitors with a welcoming experience to our city, county, and region. In 2019, as a recognition of our excellence in the tourism industry, we became an accredited CVB through the West Virginia Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus.
